All very good. Hosts are great, room is classic style with all you need. Property is very quiet with lovely garden atmosphere. Car or motorbike useful as its a couple of short k's from the restaurant area but bikes are available : ) Great spot!

The property was clean and tidy and very spacious! A nice modern touch with comfy beds! The staff who run the place were attentive, kind and hospitable. We had breakfast delivered to our table every morning- traditional and fresh. The owner couldn’t do enough for him and we would certainly return should we pass through again.

The breakfast was very good and tasty, there were Thai dessert too. The owner is very attentive and can tell that he is very devoted to his service to his guest 👍🏼 he speaks very good English too. the room and bed were comfy and room is BIG too. Will stay at the hotel again if I return to Sukhothai.

    The staffs are very friendly and supportive. It’s literary like a home stay. Breakfast was full of seasonal fruits and warm fried rice with an egg, which was beyond expectation. Bicycle is free for rent. Very close to the historical park and other shops & restaurants, just 3-5 minutes of biking get you arrive there.
