The room is simple but perfect for the price, The shower is separated and all nice. The breakfast consist of a warm sandwich and a fantastic 'Italian style' coffee. The owner is a super nice person, she cares a lot. Very relaxed stay

We stayed in Mudan because we had rented our own car and thought it would be a good base for exploring the surrounding area, e.g. Shifen, Fulong, etc. And it was perfect for that, everything is close by but Mudan is so quiet and peaceful. We ate dinner in Shuangxi both nights, which is a 10 minute drive away. The host is lovely, and his English is perfectly fine for instructions and for some conversation.

We are so happy that we chose to stay at the Ocean Deep Hostel. The location is perfect with dining and activities nearby. Our landlady was incredibly welcoming and helpful. She gave us so many tips, served us fresh fruit, and twice put us on the bus! We are very grateful for a lovely stay.

During our cycling trip, we were soaked by the rain. Host was very kind and let us use her washing machine and fan in her drying space. Bed was big and comfortable and the hot water was consistent.
