The owner was very accommodating, and has a light personality he always smiles which brings a good mood, he even brought my luggage downstairs until at the street and waited for me to be picked up by a car to the airport before he went inside., about the room, there were some dust on the floor but only thin, however, the bed was cozy and the pillows were soft, I really had a good quality sleep. I can say cause I always woke up with a lower back pain but during my stay there, in the morning my back feels better. Also, it's closer to hoan kiem lake where a few minutes away through walking, and its only opposite the #86 bus stop which is quite covenient if you are going to the airport. Although we don't have same preference but for me this hotel is still budget friendly and better than other hotels if you are looking for a hotel where you can move on your own unlike in the hostels. For my own experience this is a 9/10.

Omg, we will never regret we choosed this hotel for last 5 nights in Hanoi after 4weeks trip trough whole Vietnam! It's possible to park there, they will help you with anything and it's very close to everything. SIM cards, quick Airport taxi, advises, ... everything on the house! And owner with stuff can perfectly speak English, so it's all much easier!

This is truly a hidden gem. The location is great as you have a 10-15 minute walk to most of Hanoi attractions. The room has everything you need and has been decorated with taste. Also very clean. Large (smart) TV, excelent AC. And the host was really nice and really helped us with everything. She was very thoughtful and kind. I can not think of a better place to stay here in hanoi and when we get back here we will definitely come back to this place.

The host was the best, he gave us very good recommendations. He helped us get from the airport to the homestay (our flight arrived at 5h30am) and hold our luggage until the room was ready. The actual room was very clean and the little balcony with chairs was very nice to relax in. We had everything we needed and our stay was very nice :)

The location of this homestay was just perfect, easy walking distance to all the stuff you want to see in Hanoi, plenty food options all around too. The host family were really lovely and gave us such a warm welcome after a very long flight! Room was spacious and clean and everything you'd need, breakfast was fabulous too.

Amazing location. Right in the heart of the old town action. Can Walk to absolutely everywhere around old town. It’s Inside a local home compound. Rosie was a super great host, really clear arrival instructions as it’s a rabbit warren to get to but that adds to the fun and the charm of being amongst the locals. Rosie was always responsive, she can pre organise transport and tours.

Ana is a very nice person and a great host. She gave us suggestions for Bún chả, Egg Coffee and general attractions. She recommended fantastic, non-touristy places where locals eat! She also helped organise a tour and helped us with our taxi to the airport. We opted for the top floor room which was up 5 flights of stairs but the view at the top was fantastic. The location is right in the heart of one of the liveliest places in Hanoi (at night at least). We'll be back.
