What an absolute hidden gem! The location is close to everything, the room is HUGE, clean, have everything you need-from big comfortable bed, to hairdryer, free water, many toiletries, big flat tv. The check in procedure very easy and clear, you leave payment for your stay on the table. The owner was kind enough for us to do 1 hour check out later at a rainy day (because we waited for our bus), which is very appreciated! Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Tranquility Stay in Hanoi continues to be my go-to accommodation whenever I visit the city. On my most recent trip, I was once again impressed by the warm and thoughtful hospitality of Stella, the hostess. She creates a relaxed and welcoming environment, with the help of her lovely family and their cat, Zoe, who adds a special charm to the place. The rooms are always spotless and comfortable, and the location couldn’t be better for exploring Hanoi. Thanks to Stella’s care and helpful advice, staying here always feels like coming home.

This is truly a hidden gem. The location is great as you have a 10-15 minute walk to most of Hanoi attractions. The room has everything you need and has been decorated with taste. Also very clean. Large (smart) TV, excelent AC. And the host was really nice and really helped us with everything. She was very thoughtful and kind. I can not think of a better place to stay here in hanoi and when we get back here we will definitely come back to this place.

The location of this homestay was just perfect, easy walking distance to all the stuff you want to see in Hanoi, plenty food options all around too. The host family were really lovely and gave us such a warm welcome after a very long flight! Room was spacious and clean and everything you'd need, breakfast was fabulous too.

Amazing location. Right in the heart of the old town action. Can Walk to absolutely everywhere around old town. It’s Inside a local home compound. Rosie was a super great host, really clear arrival instructions as it’s a rabbit warren to get to but that adds to the fun and the charm of being amongst the locals. Rosie was always responsive, she can pre organise transport and tours.

Ana is a very nice person and a great host. She gave us suggestions for Bún chả, Egg Coffee and general attractions. She recommended fantastic, non-touristy places where locals eat! She also helped organise a tour and helped us with our taxi to the airport. We opted for the top floor room which was up 5 flights of stairs but the view at the top was fantastic. The location is right in the heart of one of the liveliest places in Hanoi (at night at least). We'll be back.
