We came to stay here after reading many great reviews — and honestly, none of them fully describe how amazing this place really is. From the moment we arrived, Nam Nam made us feel so welcome, like part of her family. She is kind, generous, and truly cares about every little detail to make your stay perfect. The location is fantastic — quiet and magical, yet very central and close to everything. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is delicious, and the entire atmosphere is calm and relaxing. Renting bikes and exploring the area was such a special experience, and we felt supported the entire time. This was by far one of the highlights of our trip to Vietnam. Thank you Nam Nam for everything — we’ll definitely come back and recommend this place to anyone visiting Tam Coc!

The room was stunning, the hotel is new and has a very beautiful and modern design that we haven’t seen in Vietnam before. What we enjoyed most was the overall atmosphere of the hotel and the incredible personnel. Specifically Nam, who was looking after us during the whole stay. She was incredibly kind and helpful. You can tell that Nam really cares about her visitors and she made us feel very welcome in Ninh Binh. All of the other personnel was also lovely. Nam also showed us another hotel that is being build which we plan to stay at next year!

Amazing hosts, very friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The garden courtyard is beautifully done. Free bicycles. Nice, quiet location amongst the karst rock mountains but still only 10 mins walk from Tam Coc. Breakfast was tasty and generous. Very happy with our stay here.

Hosts are fantastic, really go the extra mile. Offering to call restaurants to book a table for us and arrange pick up and drop off. They even thought to tell the restaurant about my peanut allergy. Offering to call our bus company to request being collected from the hotel. The room and hotel is very nice. Fantastic view of the surrounding mountains. They have bikes and scooters to rent. We would definitely stay here again, and fully recommend this homestay!

Incredibly good Homestay, well exceeded my expectation. Very cozy and comfortable. The host family are super gentle and generous, very kind locals. The location is excellent, tranquil and calm. The entire environment is just perfect, it is a hidden gem of Tam Coc. Walkable to everywhere. They also own a lovely garden cafe called Reply 1993 where you can find really good BBQ Pork Banh My. Tam Coc to me is very touristy but this Homestay is like a home. Thank you. Hope to return one day

The location of Tre Xanh Homestay is convenient (easy to reach famous sites) and beautiful (located on the street that has amazing side views of crop fields and mountains). The host family is really nice, friendly and supportive, and the garden view outside the rooms is really green and peaceful!

Beautiful homestay. Very clean and calming. They are very helpful. Breakfast is great. In a much quieter area. Rooms were large and clean with TV so was nice to chill too. 25 min to Pho di bo walking street and the ‘unicorn temple’. This area appeared to be mainly locals, had a great atmosphere and gorgeously lit at night time. It was a 1.20 walk to Mua Cave lookout and beautiful scenery along the way. We didn’t hire bikes but saw lots of people cycling to the lookout.

The location is awesome, you’re sleeping in homemade bungalow surrounded by cliffs. The nature is present everywhere, lots of trees plants and water (like a mini Ninh Binh). PhoL, the manager of the home stay and the owner family are very friendly. I had the chance to share the local dinner with them, and had a lot of fun (I can cheers to anyone in Vietnamese now! Be aware of the happy water, makes very happy) Finally PhoL gives good advice for things to see. You can rent scooters if you want of bike near the homestay.
