New property, very clean, i got a huge room and a bathroom right in front of it so it didn’t feel i live in a shared facilities accommodation at all. Our stay at this villa was truly wonderful! The host deserves the highest praise, communication was excellent, he replied very quickly, was kind, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The master bedroom with a private bathroom was spotless, spacious, and tastefully decorated. The entire villa looks much better in person than in the photos, the place has great potential, and I even suggested updating the pictures. The location is perfect: right next to the bus station with direct connections to Dubai, a large shopping mall nearby, and a quiet, safe neighborhood. A perfect place to stay in Abu Dhabi - highly recommended!

A cosy room, with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom is enormous and super clean. You can even use the washing machine if you need to. Superb location. Great great great value for money.
