She is the sweetest one ever! We got such a warm welcome, the day we checked in, she gave me some homemade sweet before we head to the beach, and we got to try a fruit the day we checked out as a gift which I really appreciate that! Her dad is super cool, he introduced us the place to eat, and what activities we can do around the area. The room is very clean and safe. It was super close to the beach. Good price! Highly recommended!

First thing I felt like home in the house of a local family not in a hotel and I strongly recommend it. The villa is well located just 3 minuts from the beach and close to all you need, like restaurants, cafes, suupermarkets. For sure I will return again when I will be in Durres.

I normally don’t write reviews, but I had to this time because Vila 11 exceeded our expectations. The hotel is run by a family, and they really do their best for the guests. Breakfast was great and very personal. The staff remembered what my wife and I liked on the first morning, and the next day, they had it ready for us. Also, while many hotels try to charge a bit extra when helping with a taxi to the airport, here they actually found us a cheaper price than the lowest I could find myself. Overall, it was a great stay and I can recommend Vila 11 to anyone.
