The breakfast is abundant and delicious, the dinner even more so. I am vegan and was treated to some amazing traditional food, including vegan byreke, stuffed peppers, salads and so much more. Much of the food is grown by Lola’s family or made locally. Lola even packed us breakfast and provided coffee on the days we went hiking very early. 100% recommend. She was the most welcoming person ever, and she gave us a lot of information about the treks. This was our favourite accommodation in our entire Albania trip.

Marcel and his family were fantastic; very friendly, welcoming and were ready to help if we needed anything. The room was nicely appointed, very clean and very comfortable. The meals were fantastic, breakfast, packed lunch for hiking and dinner. A great hike to a fantastic view point and Rosny Peak if you are up for it, starts directly at the guesthouse. And we loved Valbonë, such a wondrous and beautiful place. We highly recommend Guesthouse Mountain!!!
