Family-run for over 300 years, Gasthof Post in Rennweg is just off the A10 motorway and a 5-minute drive from the Katschberg Ski Area. It offers a sauna, steam bath, and free Wi-Fi. We enjoyed our stay at Gasthof Post very much. Traditional Austrian decor with the hints of modern was exactly what we wanted. Super clean, comfortable bads and specious rooms. Great Austrian hospitality.

Only 400 metres away from the centre of Kaprun, Pension Patricia was completely renovated in December 2016, offers free WiFi and free parking in a quiet location. Great location, friendly staff and owner, well maintained establishment, clean room with extra caring touches like the usb charger (regular and type C) which was very helpful, having a water hose in the bathroom was a great surprise for us :) The owner gave us a tourist card for zel am see and kaprun which allowed us to take the cable care till the top of salzburge for free

What a lovely village to stop over at. The 360-degree view from the property was the highlight. The location was far from busy towns, and you could hear the cattle as you walked through the vast area. The property also had two cats, and it was a lovely place to relax for two days. There was access to a fully functioning kitchen to prepare your food. The views from the kitchen were amazing too. The property was clean, the bathrooms well kept, and it even had an in-built speaker in the shower!
