Excellent information upon arrival. Easy to find. Regular bus service running from the train station to the head of the valley. Hotel is close to all amenities and accessible directly on foot to a number of hikes. Room with the balcony had a fantastic view. Breakfast had a great selection, fresh food and plentiful. Wonderful family run hotel.

The breakfast was the best one we had in 2 weeks in Austria. They had fruits as well as egg hams, local cheese and home-made marmalade. They also adapted to my gluten free diet without a problem. They made local recommendations about where to hike and where to eat. Very nice couple!

We appreciated the size of family apartment (2 separated bedrooms with full size beds), it was clean and comfortable and the views are breathtaking. Breakfast was good. Dorothea is very nice and always ready to help with anything. We’d definitely like to come back and recommend this accommodation to any mountain lover.

Wonderful accommodation in a very charming valley. We had great views of the mountains from the common areas and from our room. It was really easy to feel at home right away in this friendly accommodation. Our room was spacious and cozy, and the down duvet and pillow made for an excellent sleep. The common areas include a well equipped and clean kitchen, and a nice reading area with coffee and tea. We would love to come back another time.

Landhaus Maria Grün is situated in Feldkirch. The property is around 2.5 km from Montfort House, 2.8 km from Schattenburg and a 13-minute walk from Katzenturm. Beautiful location with incredible view over the valley. Nice and quiet. Cosy rooms and hotel.

Gasthof-Pension Wulfenia is a family-run business. located in the center of Gargellen, a quiet village in the midst of the Montafon valley. Beautiful lodge. Our hosts, Helen and Manfred were warm and welcoming. Renata and Sanja looked after us really well. The rooms were well appointed. Manfred’s micro-brewed beers were delicious. Great location in the village.

The location and the view was fantastic. You could see the snow covered peaks of the Alps in June. For us it was strategically placed since the points of interest were Bodensee, Neuschwanstein and Bern. The host, Frau Ingrid was ever kind and supportive of our needs. The room was clean and spacious for our needs. Copious breakfast in the mornings and starry sky during the nights. Would revisit any time!

Located in the Bregenz Forest, Gästehaus-Pension Barbara is only a 10-minute walk away from the centre of Andelsbuch. It offers en-suite rooms with satellite TV and free WiFi. I have traveled a lot both world wide for business and four months on the road each year, I have to say this is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. Clean tidy spaces rooms, good location and an excellent breakfast. The host was a warm friendly guy who spoke good English and went out of his way to accommodate. All hotels should be like this.
