Pension Haus Sanz is located in a green residential area easily reachable from the A2 and A23 motorways. The Vienna State Opera is reachable by tram in 25 minutes. A very cosy and clean pension in a quiet neighborhood. Friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast and nice connections to Vienna city center.

My room was quiet, clean and comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the underfloor heating in the bathroom. Communication with the owner and check-in experience were great. The communal kitchen is stocked generously with tea, coffee, various milks, microwave, coffee machine and kettle. This really made a difference. Thank you. The U-Bahn is a 5 minute walk away and you are only 2 stops from Karlsplatz. It's a great location.

Located right off Vienna’s main shopping street, the Mariahilfer Straße, K+T Boardinghouse offers spacious rooms with traditional high ceilings and parquet floors. Very comfortable stay for our 4 days. Close to everything and loved the ease of Vienna transportation. Tina, our host was very accommodating in every aspect. She gave important information when we arrived that helped our city visit to be very enjoyable. She also assisted us with finding a private medical clinic when my husband fell ill. Thanks for all your kindness Tina!!

This guest house is part of the Benedictine Schotten Abbey in the heart of Vienna and offers quiet accommodation in a secluded atmosphere. The receptionist was the kindest person 🥰. And our room had a window to the inner garden, so it could be open all night.

There’s everything for cooking, a coffee machine, all the dishes, etc. The hosts are also so nice that they put some beverages in the fridge before our arrival. The apartment itself is new, well furnished and has a cute aesthetic design. It’s also very clean and quiet. The wifi is fast and everything works perfectly in the apartment. The location is nice as there an U- and S-bahn stations just around the corner. We just got a weekly transport pass and it was so convenient. 25 minutes and you are in the city center. There’s also a very nice Austrian restaurant nearby, as well as a bakery and a Bila supermarket in walking directions.
