Guesthouse Mirabel is a B&B located in the heart of historic Bruges, a 500-metres walk from the Market Square with the Belfry of Bruges. Everything was superb, and we've enjoyed our stay as if it were a 5 star hotel. The hosts are wonderful and with an exquisite artistic taste. The house is impecably fully renovated. And don't miss out the breakfast! especially the fruit plate and the homemade desert of the day, delicious and colourful.

The apartment is spacious and really nicely decorated. It was so much bigger than expected and really bright and airy. It had a lovely view out the back to some gardens and the front view onto the street was really nice too. It was in a great location being a short walk into the centre and everything you needed nearby. The hosts were really responsive when we had a minor issue and they also kindly sent me a cherished item that I'd left in the room all the way back to the UK, which I very much appreciated!

There's absolutely nothing not to like about Hidden Gem. It is spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, has comfy beds and even a fridge with a small selection of beverages should you get thirsty at inconvenient hours. Katrien received us personally, greeted us like we were old friends, and was generally very helpful. She gave us tips and directions, even had prepared a little map with the key features of Bruges. She even knew where to find the stop for the Flix Bus! :-D It's a shame we were only staying for one night as the property itself is so beautiful. We'll definitely be coming back for a longer stay. Hidden Gem is located literally opposite the main station in a small side road, but you can't hear a thing - no traffic, no trains, no people. A dream!

The owner was very accommodating and available within moments whenever I had a question. I liked my room. It was bright, clean and had everything that I needed. The room was well decorated. Doux Foyer is very convenient to the center of the city. Fabulous bakery is within one block and the beach less than a mile's walk. Tourist information is within blocks as is a bike rental.
