Casa Esperanza is located a 5-minute tram ride from the centre of Basel and offers free WiFi and a shared terrace with seating area. The rooms all come with a flat-screen TV. The host is very nice and helpful. Everything is clean and you can see they take great pride in their accomodation. Although we didn't cook, we noticed that the kitchen was well equipped, including with consumables such as oil, vinegar, soap, sugar, etc... Very close to both the city center (by tram) and the airport (by bus).

She's very friendly, and you get a surprise gift after leaving the place!! I would reserve a room again if I'm around.
