I had a lovely 3 night stay and found the room to be clean and comfortable. The view was incredible and considering it is right in the middle of the old village it was extremely quiet. I loved how the property had been renovated in a way that kept a lot of the old features, giving it a real charm. Chantal was very friendly and helpful, making checking in and out very simple.

We had a great stay! The place was very spacious and tastefully furnished with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The bed was super comfortable, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The owners were extremely kind and helpful—we felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of throughout our time there.

Everything was fine. Very clean and comfortable room. The hotel is just near the central fountain, very close to the castle, Giger museum and lots of restaurants to taste fondue.

They made it easy to find, however, with lots of directions and communication. We were greeted with warmness, and showed to our well appointed, immaculate rooms, where we all slept very well., My mom says: “Exceptional service and ultra clean, with really high quality bedding.” My dad says “I would recommend to a friend, and I would go back there”.
