From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the hotel's modern and impeccably clean design. The ski-in/ski-out access was a dream, allowing us to maximize our time on the slopes. The daily breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious and high-quality options to fuel our days. The staff throughout the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. What truly set Pitz Ot apart was their exceptional service. On our way home, we realized we had left ski boots in the ski room. Without hesitation, the hotel staff located them and shipped them back to us! This level of care and attention to detail is truly remarkable and greatly appreciated. We highly recommend Piz Ot to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable ski holiday. The combination of its great location, modern amenities, delicious food, and outstanding staff makes it a top choice. We will definitely be returning!

Cuore Alpino is the perfect base to explore the beautiful Valle di Blenio. Easy to reach by public transport and a great starting point to go exploring in various directions. Sara is an incredible host who made the stay extra special: she's super kind, attentive, helpful, knowledgeable and clearly loves what she does. This is also reflected in the house: from the communal spaces to the rooms themselves you can tell a lot of love and care has gone into every detail, there's a lot of character as well as a very high standard of cleanliness. Breakfast is also delicious and locally sourced, and Sara adapted it for us being vegan. 100% recommended to anyone who's thinking about visiting the area, and we'll definitely choose to stay at Cuore Alpino next time we're there.

Very nice room in a shared apartment with dedicated bathroom. Nicely decorated, with attention to details. Fabrizio was very friendly and helpful, giving us good recommendations for restaurants nearby (the restaurant in the village center is at 10 min walk and amazing food and atmosphere), things to do in the surroundings (easy to get to Tirano for the Bernina red train etc). The breakfast is really nice, italian style, with homemade tarts and good cappuccino/ coffee and more. There is also a nice terrace to take advantage of the view on the surrounding mountains and Fabrizio does the best relaxing massages ! A great discovery !
