Apresentando um bar e vistas da montanha, The Window situa-se em Bellinzona, a 22 km de Piazza Grande Locarno. Katiusca is truly the most sweet, kind, generous, warm, and welcoming host. She literally welcomed us with open arms and was so kind to us from the very first message when we had booked our stay months prior. We feel like we made a new friend! She went out of her way to explain and answer our questions regarding restaurant reservations and activities in the area. She verified times for us for the little train that goes around Bellinzona, which is an adorable little train ride and she gave us tips about the local markets and was so attentive to our every need. She offered us lovely goods from the bakery for breakfast and the vanilla croissant was so delicious and the bread she provided every day for us was some of the best bread we've ever had! And the view from our "Blue Balance" room was absolutely stunning! It had a floor to ceiling window with a gorgeous balcony and we could see the mountains and the town and the castles and there aren't enough woods in the world to say how fabulous the view was and we were able to see from the comfort of our room fireworks on New Year's Eve. The view from the shared kitchen was lovely and we were able to heat some basic things on the stove. There was no microwave but it wasn't necessary for us. She is such a lovely person and gave extra pillows in the room at our request because we were recovering from an injury. She gave us beautiful gifts when we left and offered us fantastic Prosecco when we arrived. All in all it was an extraordinary exceptional stay and we highly recommend it. She is a truly kind warm and welcoming person.

A dream villa! I just stayed overnight in the deluxe suite for 3 people in this wonderful villa. The directions received on the day of arrival were very clear. Even a video on how to open the safebox and then the doors left no doubt. I could recognize the building right away. It is an impeccably renovated and upscale privat villa from the last century. High ceilings and blackout curtains. The suite with a huge terrace with beautiful views made us feel we were in an exclusive place. The sofa bed for the third person was comfortable and large even if I wouldn't consider it suitable for 2 adults. Too bad we only stayed one night. We will gladly keep the address for a future stay. We found the price fair and was over 300 francs. We did not have breakfast at the hotel because we left early but there would be that option as well

The room was incredibly clean, very comfortable, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The private parking was great! The owners were caring and very attentive, they truly took care of us. It’s very close to the train station, so it was very easy to get around.

Absolutely top!

The room is very modern, spacious and comfortable and very well equipped. The breakfast Laura prepared was great.

Laura is a delightful host. There is so much attention to detail in her building. Every room has its own theme. The breakfast was amazing.The surrounding stunningly beautiful.

Just AMAZING. The room had everything you need. It was very comfortable with a very big TV, with Tea making possibilities, minibar. The bed was very comfortable. We had a small balcony looking at the lake. Having breakfast in the morning and enjoying your coffee directly on the lake. It was like a dream. The personel was very friendly and helpful and made everything possible to have a great stay there. We even got a bottle of wine as a small present when we were leaving. Parking space is organised and near by and for free. Internet was working perfectly. The city center was 20 min walking distance. There was a delicious restaurant just under the room. (which can be a bit loud for some people. for us it was not an issue). THANK YOU FOR THE GREAT STAY. We will come back :)

Tranquilamente situado a 5 minutos a pé do centro de Brissago e com vista para o Lago Maggiore, o Residence Venus Garden, de gerência familiar, está rodeado por um jardim pitoresco com um terraço... The facility was exactly what it promised. The view was fantastic and the hosts were very welcoming.
