This is really a wonderful place, super clean, cozy but with good common areas, amazing comfortable beds and warm at night. Safe location and easy to walk up the nearby hill right into the center of downtown Castro. It was always very quiet here, especially at night. A nice experience to stay in a palofito (stick house).

Awesome to talk to, amazing recommendations on restaurants and so much more. We had a huge engine problem on our campervan and Miguel went above and beyond to help us. We are so glad we had the opportunity to meet him and to be proven once again how kind and caring Chilean people are.
