I could talk about how clean the bathroom was, how cosy the beds were and how nice and well equipped the kitchen was. I could tell you how even though we made a late reservation, we were welcomed as if we were expected for a long time. All of that is true, but nothing compared to how AWESOME our host Miguel is. Awesome to talk to, amazing recommendations on restaurants and so much more. We had a huge engine problem on our campervan and Miguel went above and beyond to help us. We are so glad we had the opportunity to meet him and to be proven once again how kind and caring Chilean people are.

It is definitely the most comfortable bed i’ve ever slept at a hotel room for the last couple of years. Patricio was very attentive, he gave great tips about Chiloe and what to do, where to go. The breakfast served to bed was also a nice gesture.

We had room 8 with a beautiful view and a private terrace. We spent our entire rest day here enjoying the restful atmosphere and watching the tide go in and out. We made use of the lovely common spaces in the hostel as well. The breakfast was one of the best we have had in Chile, with hearty homemade seed bread, fresh fruit and yogurt, and eggs made to order. Couldn’t have asked for anything more.

The host is very proactive - sends instruction how to get there even though Google Maps shows the way (but not the best one). She also gave some recommendations without even asking for it. It's calm and quite so you can really relax. There's a nice terrace and bath with hydromassage. And it was very clean.
