Everything superb. Comfortable bed, fridge, fan and microwave in room. Full kitchen, access to laundry, near shops and restaurants. Secure locked parking about 70m in another hostel for 4.000 cpl per night. Friendly, very helpful hosts. Carol speaks very good English. Extremely clean throughout.

I have stayed in over 68 countries, and this place was the best I have ever stayed in. Gloria and Rafael's attention was incredible. They are very kind, always willing to help. The place is magical, with spectacular views of the vineyards. Also at night you see the space lucidly, as I had never seen it before. The room was comfortable, clean and modern, as was the bathroom. Also the breakfast prepared by Gloria was delicious. If I come back to the area, I will definitely stay at Casa Ollagua!

Communication with the owner before and during my stay. I had an upgrade of my stay in another hostel. Owner speaks perfect english. They have delicious homemade yoghurt and jam, good bread and goatcheese for breakfast. Also good tips for tours in Valle de Elqui.

The entire place was very clean and looked like new. The dorm room for 6 was lovely and had good storage lockers. The outdoor kitchen was beautiful and decently equipped and I enjoyed using the pool in the afternoons when the sun was over it. I was only guest there at the time so had the entire place to myself and it was beautiful. Eggs, bread and juice in the fridge was a really nice touch too! Pisco Elqui is a small place so location wise it was good as everything is within walking distance including the bus stop.

The rooms were new and comfortable. Nice outdoor areas. Well equipped communal kitchen and breakfast area facilitated meeting other guests. The host was very proactive in communication. The location was great, very central, close to everything.
