Literally like 1 minute to the coast from the hostel(walking) and only a few blocks from the artisanal market and to the towns’ busy area. The house was decorated beautifully and was very spacious. The host Raúl was very intelligent, well mannered, and informative. Though, I didn’t use it, he offers tours in his Hostel (penguins, the town, etc). Very good communication with him and he recommended us good places to eat and where to visit within Ancud and where to go afterwards. The beds were comfy and the bathroom was perfect. Private parking available upon request. Central AC in the house, so we slept nice and warm.

Casa Azul ligger i centrum af Puerto Varas, blot 7 minutter fra det centrale torv, supermarkeder, stranden og kasinoet. Der ligger 3 busstoppesteder tæt på ejendommen, 5 minutters gang derfra. The hostel has a great home vibe to it, kitchen space is great and the overall location of the hostel is really convenient, would defiantly stay again!

Hostel Casa Apel ligger i Puerto Varas, Los Lagos, 19 minutters gang fra El Paseo-molen. Ejendommen har have, terrasse og fælles opholdsstue. A hostel with a very open atmosphere and friendly staff in a historic house. I really enjoyed my stay there.

Lovely hostel with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I loved the kitchen - big, homey, and filled with everything you need to cook. The staff wonderful - helpful, patient, and kind! The hostel arranged a penguin tour and kayaking tour for me - both a lot of fun. The hostel is located right across the street from Bus Sur Station so if you are planning to travel here by bus from Castro or Puerto Montt, take Bus Sur! It's alos located just a few blocks from the shore and from many restaurants, supermarket, and cafes.
