Almost everything - there is nothing to fault about this place. Victoria was an amazing host and helped out in everything we needed. The food was great as well. Loved the eco-friendly set up of the whole place. And staying in Ensenada was much better compared to other places such as Puerto Varas as the driving was easier and the main attractions were much closer as well. And their two lovely pets - Toto and Joya make it even more wonderful. Would highly recommend

This is really a wonderful place, super clean, cozy but with good common areas, amazing comfortable beds and warm at night. Safe location and easy to walk up the nearby hill right into the center of downtown Castro. It was always very quiet here, especially at night. A nice experience to stay in a palofito (stick house).

Literally like 1 minute to the coast from the hostel(walking) and only a few blocks from the artisanal market and to the towns’ busy area. The house was decorated beautifully and was very spacious. The host Raúl was very intelligent, well mannered, and informative. Though, I didn’t use it, he offers tours in his Hostel (penguins, the town, etc). Very good communication with him and he recommended us good places to eat and where to visit within Ancud and where to go afterwards. The beds were comfy and the bathroom was perfect. Private parking available upon request. Central AC in the house, so we slept nice and warm.

Casa Azul is located in the centre of Puerto Varas, only 7 minutes away from the main square, supermarkets, the beach and the Casino. The hostel has a great home vibe to it, kitchen space is great and the overall location of the hostel is really convenient, would defiantly stay again!

Set in Puerto Varas, Los Lagos region, Hostel Casa Apel is situated a 19-minute walk from El Paseo Pier. Among the various facilities of this property are a garden, a terrace and a shared lounge. It is a very beautiful hostel with the most comfortable beds and very big and clen bathrooms. The kitchen is very big and good organized as well and it has a nice backyard and a chillarea to hang out.
