The hotel is truly amazing. Very clean, cosy and technological. They also serve good Chinese breakfast on the rooftop. But the highlight of our trip was the host, who was super nice, friendly and helpful. He did not speak English, but we spoke a bit of Chinese and used a translator. It was our best experience in China so far and if we ever come back to Zhangjiajie, we will come to this hotel. P.s. We did not manage to thank you as we had to leave today, but if you are reading this review, we thank you a lot for the warm welcome ❤️

The Buttering service provided at Dream at Feng Huang make all the differences. Let them know your needs and your arrival and they can wait at the service road to pick you up and carry your bags, as locating the property for foreigners can be challenging. Mr. Liu provides excellent guide and insight of Feng Huang sights and attractions. Exquisite Dinner available and is recommended. Suggest contacting the property to arrange personal pickup at the Train Station and the extra is only a token to remove the hassle to get to property and back to station.

Là chỗ nghỉ có phòng chờ chung, Wi-Fi miễn phí và nhìn ra thành phố, Yijingju Humanistic Inn nằm tại vị trí thuận tiện ở Trương Gia Giới, cách Zixia Taoist Temple, Yuanjiajie và Suoxiyu một đoạn ngắn.... The Inn is run by a lovely family (Husband, wife and 2 kids). The wife spoke excellent English and was very helpful with booking tickets to the nearby attractions, and the husband carried our heavy luggage to the 4th floor and offered cold water from the lobby fridge every day. Our 2-bedroom room was very homely and spacious with a cooling aircon. When my son's mosquito bite became infected, the hostess gave us an antibacterial cream. The homey vibe of the inn and genuine friendliness from our hosts made us feel very welcomed and taken care of. They also had a very tamed bird which was nice to interact with. We would definitely stay here again!

云起山居庭院观景民宿 cung cấp chỗ nghỉ tại Phượng Hoàng cổ trấn. Ngoài phòng gia đình, chỗ nghỉ này cũng cung cấp cho khách sân hiên. The host was very nice, she helped us a lot. Amazing views. She also recommended places to go and to eat and has very good English.

The Tianmen mountain view is breathtaking. Room is very spacious. Breakfast is very good and they make it different everyday. The owner’s dad is a chef so we have dinner there and it is so good too. Feel like home. His mum cannot speak English but really pay attention to details. She can tell what we need in just a sec without using the translation. His wife is so helpful with ordering maccas for our kids as they are quite fussy. Thank you.

We enjoyed our stay very much! Spacious rooms, very clean, comfortable beds. The owner is very friendly and helpful- great advice, she booked for us all required tickets and taxi drivers. Saved us a lot of time and money by doing so. We communicate easily with Rebecca via Wechat Good brakfast and dinner at the place.
