From the moment I arrived, Sanqian made me feel genuinely welcome—not like a guest, but like someone coming home. She is attentive without being intrusive, thoughtful in every detail, and always ready to help with a kind smile. Whether it was offering local tips, helping with transportation, or simply checking in to make sure everything was perfect, her dedication shines through in everything she does. The inn itself is beautiful—peaceful, clean, and full of traditional charm, perfectly located near the south gate of Lijiang Old Town. It’s a quiet retreat from the crowds while still being close to everything. The rooms are comfortable, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. What truly sets this place apart, however, is Sanqian’s personal touch. Her passion for hospitality transforms a great stay into a memorable one. You can feel how much heart she puts into the inn, and it shows in every corner of the property and every interaction with guests. Located in the heart of lijiang ancient town, but at the same time in a very quiet area, as some parts of the town can get very loud and busy at night, So the location is perfect. All the staff are very attentive and helpful, and they went out of their way to provide halal items for our breakfast. The place is designed beautifully, the rooms and beds are comfy. We never asked for making up the rooms, but everyday the trash was taken out, provided with new clean towels, amenities and water, which was much appreciated.

It was an amazing stay and I loved everything. First I have to thank Joye for being super nice and helpful, he was in touch before I arrive and managed to book for me tour and sort everything to make my stay wonderful. The hotel is located in the middle of the old town in a beautiful old Chinese house, I loved my room with the spa bathtub, it was like going back in time to live a Chinese’s dynasty. Joye spoke excellent English and his assistant was nice enough to pick me and my luggage from the South Gate to to the hotel, they were doing everything to make my stay comfortable. Joye also booked for me jade snow mountain tour and recommended amazing restaurants. Thank you for all the help, highly recommend this place :)
