Since I split the reservation for our group, I will use this opportunity to write this review in English. The accommodation was great, communication through the booking app was fast, the personnel was very helpful, however, the landlady understands English, but tries to avoid speaking it - she always talked to Czechs in our group. Rooms were tidy and the shared kitchen was clean and equipped with microwave oven, kettle, fridge, cutlery, plates, etc. All the rooms had clean bedding and towels (bring your own soap and shampoo). Parking was fine, even though open to the street, it was well lit the whole night. The accommodation also includes a music bar with dinner options - burgers, tortillas, pizzas, chicken strips, etc. The meal was good, big portions, good price. Music from the bar is not audible in the rooms during night time. Close proximity to the skibus stop (100 m) makes this accommodation a great option for skiers.

The room was spacious and clean, the common spaces were very nice and well equipped, the location is conveniently close to train station and supermarkets and very quiet and relaxing, with a beautiful terrasse and garden. Martina and her husband were super kind and helpful. Totally recommended, also for the great quality/price ratio.

Since the beginning the owner communicate very well with us. The check-in was very efficient, the apartment is very cozy and very well-equipped. It is a nice farm, there are posibilities to visit their animals in the nice stable. This can be a big advantage for children. We selected this location because of its convenient location. It was very close to Vrchlabí and Spindlerův Mlyn. We were attending the World Cup skiing. It was easy to get there from Farma.
