My accommodation of a large ensuite double room with access to a shared kitchen and dining area was fabulous, clean, tidy, beautifully decorated, and furnished. My hosts were welcoming and friendly but also allowed me privacy throughout my stay, although were there if I had any questions or needed help. I had access to tea, coffee, and milk, and there were also yoghurts, butter, and fruit juice in the fridge, and to which I had access. I was able to store my bicycle safely in their garden. There was a restaurant opposite to where I was staying, although I didn't use it. As a cyclist, there is a small supermarket situated in a service station about 10 minutes away towards Luko and from which I bought my food and drink. The Vasco Navarro cycle route from Vitoria-Gazteiz and Bergara (Gipuzkoa) runs very nearby and which I used, and it was fabulous.

The place itself brings you to rest, the hydrojet shower was a big bonus. The ham and cheese served at breakfast were of 10/10 quality. We came 5 hours later and this was not a problem at all... and at last, the HYGIENE, which was spotless.

The room had a garden view and was extremely clean and nicely decorated, with a spacious bathroom and a real sauna attached. Snacks and coffee were available in the room as well. Rober is a super welcoming and attentive host. He provided us tips for places to eat and also helped us very much with our route, suggesting some amazing places to visit in the area. Would definitely love to stay there again!

I loved the feeling we received from the receptionist at the front desk. She was friendly and helpful, even with a slight language barrier. My Spanish isn't very good and she explained the instructions in English well. The feeling of a fresh and clean environment when entering the room was apparent. The room was spotless and free of any unpleasant orders, and the size of the room was adequate for the length of our stay (One Night). The water pressure and hot water in the shower were terrific. It's been a while since we've had adequate water pressure and hot water at a hotel in Spain. The hotel's location was perfect for our needs when traveling to Casco Viejo. We could take a Bus/Train/Bike to any place we wanted to visit. In addition, there were parks nearby where we could run/walk.

The host took us to the beautiful underground celler and invited us to a glass of wine while sharing the history of the place.

Situated in Vitoria-Gasteiz, located at city center, close to Plaza Nueva and Plaza Virgen Blanca, 4.5 km of Fernando Buesa Arena and 500 meters away Basque House of Parliament in Vitoria-Gasteiz. Very quiet. Great location, nice room.

Traditional pensione, just 6 rooms, Great location a few minutes from a supermarket, train station and the Old Town. The owners are a kind older couple who seem to live on site. Not a big criticism.. but... It's really hard to find. The owners don't speak English so phoning to get directions doesn't work. TOP TIP: BCom has the address as 9 Bake Kalea. That is Basque. But the address on the door is 9 La Paz Calle. Which is Spanish. Both mean Peace Street. And the name of the pension itself isn't on the downstairs security door. Just a generic plaque saying HT, so it feels the wrong place. Hope this helps someone!
