We were pleasantly surprised and delighted by the delicious breakfast — every detail was thoughtfully prepared with love. The hosts are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. This place is definitely worth its price! We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a special spot to relax or escape from everyday life. We sincerely hope we’ll have the chance to stay here again in the future — it was an absolute pleasure!

Loved this stay - the room is very cosy with beautiful mountain views. You can see Mountain Views from the bed - a joy to wake up in. There is a little balcony as well. The bed was comfy and the bathroom and kitchen facilities were great. The hosts were very nice and helpful. They have a big dog that some people might be frightened of at first but it was very sweet and didn’t bark at all. The steps up to the room were slippery when wet - use the handrail. Some grip should really be added. No washing machine.

It is very cozy and located in beautiful area, only few minutes driving from Wardzia. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast was simple but tasty and bio, great for vegetarian.

We loved staying at sada guesthouse! The hosts are very welcome and accommodating. We were also able to order dinner and breakfast for a very reasonable price. The room was very clean, cosy and warm even on a cold night. The location is perfect, so close to the caves and with marshrutka drop off and pick up right at the house. The surroundings are beautiful, very relaxing garden by the river, short walk to the sulfur pools and a bit longer walk to the upper vardzia nunnery. Great place to explore more of Vardzia than just the caves.
