The hotel was very clean, well maintained, felt at home and safe, walking distance in most of the tourist spots in Tbilisi and Victor was so nice and hospitable at all times.

This charming boutique hotel is run by a lovely local family who go above and beyond to make you feel at home. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and kindness. The family is always available and happy to help with anything you might need, and their hospitality really made my stay special. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and very well-maintained. The location is also perfect—right in the heart of town, just a short walk from many of Tbilisi’s main attractions, cozy cafes, and lively streets. What truly sets this place apart is the atmosphere - peaceful, inviting, and full of heart. It felt more like staying with friends than in a hotel. I can’t recommend 9 Doors Hotel enough, and I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in Tbilisi!

The family who runs this guest house is so nice and very helpful. The amenities are great with a kitchen and laundry available. I liked that the location was quiet and an easy walk or bus ride to most places in the city. I had a great stay and would highly recommend!

Ideally located, on a quiet side street but central and close to many good restaurants and a 24h supermarket. Not much traffic goes through this street so it's peaceful at night. The room was spotlessly clean, with all mod cons and had a lovely balcony (worth paying extra for!) with great views to have your morning tea. Very friendly, helpful and flexible managers: Late check in was no problem, nor was leaving my bag for the afternoon after I checked out. All in all fantastic value for money.

Wonderful location right next to landmark St. Trinity Cathedral. Facility very clean and well maintained with right amount of vintage and simplicity. Vibe warm like a home since it’s actually more of a home stay with the kind owner family (share the roof but live independently without interrupting guests while being helpful whenever needed). Living room with musical instruments as the legacy of the kid upbringing. Safe, cozy, glimpse of local Georgian life and cost effective. Suitable for both extroverts and introverts as well as solo female travelers. By the way, beautiful garden entrance with cute cats rubbing around :) Highly recommended
