Not much interaction with the staff but what we had was nice, friendly, efficient. Would definitely stay here again if we return to Hydra, Steve & Danusia

The owner Vasilis is such a great guy! It was our second stay here and it was because of Vasilis. He took us from the airport to the accommodation and gave his best to feel like home. We recommend Villa Avatos for everyone that wants to have flawless experience when in Athens. Thank you Vasilis for everything and we will definitely come back soon.

Waking up early and seeing the Parthenon gave me goose bumps. Even just the thought of it now makes me wanna go back. Host is reachable, responsive and kind. The apartment was well equipped. AC was working. Less than 5 min walk to metro station and carrefour.

Perfect stay — clean, comfortable, and great for families! We had such a lovely stay at this apartment! It was spotless, cozy, and felt very welcoming from the moment we arrived. The hosts had even left a few snacks for us, which was a really thoughtful touch after our journey. Traveling with a baby was made so much easier — the cot was already set up and very comfortable, which we really appreciated. The apartment was also very well equipped with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to little extras that made it feel like home. The location was great and check-in was super easy. Overall, it was a calm, comfortable, and family-friendly place that exceeded our expectations. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean and convenient stay !

We had everything we needed, even two small bottles of wine. The location is also excellent. Highly recommended!

The room was sparkling clean, the lady who took care of our room was super kind and polite, smiley and helpful! Amazing breakfast in the cafe downstairs with full menu to chose from and in a fantastic location! The room is spacious, bright and very well maintained. Really really worth it!

The apartment was small, but very comfortable and cozy. Katerina (the owner) designed this place in a very tasteful way making the space feeling homey and relaxing. The place was impeccably clean and organized, it was safe and peaceful. The best part was that the location in the REAL Athens neighborhood - no tourists, just real local residents. There are many supermarkets available within walking distance, so you could self-cater if you would like. Even though there was no cooking stove (only microwave), we still enjoyed many meals at home along with several local food options. The kitchennette had an electric tea and cofee pots, a few plates and cups, glasses and variety of teas and instant coffee packets (along with cream and sugar packets) in addition to a couple of complimentary croissants privided by the owner. In the evenings, we also enjoyed a private outdoor roof-top terrace attached go the apartment . The metro station was about 15 minutes walk, and it is about 5 metro stops to the very center of Athens. We highly recommend to purchase a super economicsl 5-day unlimited travel pass and enjoy exploring Athens by metro, buses, and trams.
