Boasting a sunny setting, it has a 3-level courtyard and offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and a furnished balcony or terrace. The location of the accommodation was in the perfect area close to restaurants, cafes, and the main centre. George, our host gave us recommendations to restaurants which all were fantastic and places to see on the island and the best way to get there! The room was clean and spacious with great views. Great location near the harbour and several attractions (e.g., city hall, theatre), yet situated on a quiet side street slightly up the hill/mountain. Giannis and his mother were very hospitable, with Giannis picking and dropping me up/off at the ferry port, and even carrying my suitcase. His mother offered cake and coffee in the quaint lobby/reception area. My room had a great view of the sea and part of the city and was both very clean and modernized, including a rainfall showerhead. All in all, I enjoyed my stay both at Pefkakia Park and in Ermoupoli, and wouldn't hesitate to come back if the opportunity arises.
