The property is composed of 4 rooms on the ground floor, with direct access from the inner courtyard and 4 rooms on the first floor with access through an external staircase. We were accommodated in a room on the first floor, which has a small balcony. The rooms are oriented to the southwest and offer a partial view to the sea, to the bay in the Keri beach area. Car access can be done from the main road (Zakynthos – Keri) from two directions, it is preferable to use the second exit, taking the longer road that surrounds the Keri lake area, because the first exit is a very narrow road that does not allow the passage of two cars at the same time. There is the possibility to park in the inner courtyard, or next to the property, in specially arranged places.

The highlight was Denis, our host – kind, helpful, and always there with a smile to make sure everything went smoothly. The hotel features a private beach – small and quiet, with easy access to the sea, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. We loved the peaceful mornings and the sound of the waves throughout the day. Even though Argasi is a lively town, Alisaxni Art Studio keeps a quiet, relaxing atmosphere, great for those who want to unwind but still have everything nearby. We recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay in Zakynthos, with excellent service and a thoughtful host.

Alas is located in Argassi just a few steps from the Ionian Sea. It offers accommodation with sea views and has a snack bar with a large terrace, where you can enjoy your drink by the sea. Host is excellent. He made sure we had everything we wanted in a vacation. Went above and beyond to help unload and load our rental car of 3 pieces of large luggage. Carried it to the room. Incredible hospitality, comfort and value for money. My stay was in May which wasn’t high season. Parking was not an issue at all and the shared living room/kitchen was extremely neat. Not too far away from the port either.

Our host Mike was amazing, we got an incredible welcome from him and he was so helpful during our whole stay. He gave us everything we needed and more. Just fantastic! Our room was nice and spatious, clean and with a really nice balcony. The view was amazing.

The room was clean and comfortable, with new furniture and all the necessary cooking items. Close to the beach and restaurants, it is a great location for families. The private parking was ideal, and the owners were very helpful. We bought olive oil from this place, and everything was perfect. We will certainly come back here for our next trips! Thank you to the owner and her father for making us feel at home!

Hotel is located more or less in the middle of the island and most of the places which we plan to visit were evenly located.
