There are many prominent restaurants and cafes nearby. 🏡 We stayed in three different rooms. The rooms are pleasant, its spacious and its clean, with a beautiful touch of Javanese and some mix of Indonesian culture. 🔐 The place feel very secure and secluded, its quiet and a hidden gem in the midst of the local neighbourhood. Many foreigners stay there, which we met from Poland, US, UK, and locals. ⭐️ The staff are also very warm and friendly. We get to meet briefly the host owner, also the team of staff like Kak Lisa, Kak Nisa, and Mas Catra, who helped us throughout our stay — such as getting a car hire service, getting tickets and insights before visiting places. 🍛 It includes breakfast, the options are close to the culture of Indonesia such as “Gudeg”, “Nasi Uduk”, and of course, “mie goreng” — with a nice portion. The plus points is that they always provided extras like fruit salads, traditional desserts, banana bread, etc. through out our stay. 💳 Decently priced. We book through Booking.com and it’s very easy to adjust and modify. ⭐️ Overall, we had a very decent stay and definitely would love to come back again! Thank you Nextdoor Homestay team!

Casa de Vie Homestay está ubicado en Malang, a 3,5 km de Museum Mpu Purwa, y tiene alojamiento con aire acondicionado, wifi gratis y acceso a una terraza. The communication with the staff was very good from the beginning. The staff ( Marcella) was very helpful during the checking process and also helped with the tour arrangements. The place is as shown in the pictures. The room was small but very clean and maintained well. The restaurant that was nearby was also good. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to all my friends.

Location was good and close to most places of interest. Room and amenities were well maintained and functional.

Maison Manendra - Bromo está ubicado en Gubukklakah, a 22 km de Monte Bromo, y ofrece alojamiento con un jardín, estacionamiento privado gratis y una terraza. Maison Manendra is not only a hotel/guesthouse but a whole concept. The rooms are big and comfortable with an ensuite bathroom with a warm water shower. The food is good and portions are generous. You mostly eat at a big table with other guests but if you don't like it you are not forced to socialize. After dinner, Rani and Oussama ask what you are planning to do the next day. If you are planning to do the Bromo walking tour and other guests like to join, you share a car (and the cost of it)... or not if you prefer to go alone. We had the chance to share cars for the Bromo walking tour and for the Tumpak Sewu waterfall and could cut the cost and have a good time with fellow travellers. Rani and Oussama offer solutions for most of your travelling problems: transportation to Maison Manendra from Malang, Bromo Tour without other people around you, tour to Tumpak Sewu with a fantastic guide, taxi to Surabaya... and many more. Rani and Oussama travel a lot in and out of Indonesia and are well aware of what you need during your Java trip. If you are looking for luxury, it is not the place for you. As for myself, I got far more than I expected. Merci Rani et Oussama, c'était absolument super!

Mountain Ecolodge está ubicado en Gubukklakah, a 23 km de Velodrome Malang y a 24 km de Bentoel Museum. Breathtaking view from the room/patio, very clean, located close to mount bromo - and most importantly: run by an amazing host. Thank you Mary for the amazing stay.

Abrakadabra 747 está ubicado en Timuran, a 17 minutos a pie de Palacio del Sultán y a 2 km de Museo Sonobudoyo. El alojamiento tiene acceso a un jardín con una terraza. Personal muy amable, serviciales, siempre dispuestos a ayudar con las dudas. El desayuno muy sencillo pero delicioso. Las habitaciones son muy simples pero están limpias, huelen muy bien y son confortables. Relación calidad-precio inmejorable. La ubicación está bien, en una esquina de la zona emmurallada de la ciudad, por lo que se está tranquilo. Para llegar al centro hay que andar un poco, 10-15 minutos.

Brak Homestay está ubicado a 36 km de Mount Lamongan y tiene alojamiento con wifi gratis y estacionamiento privado gratis. Excellent host, very clean and good located. So happy to know Budi. He helped us a lot. He transferred us twice to the city centre, helped us getting train tickets, rushed a forgotten item to the next hotel 500km away in 24 hrs; all for free and always smiling😊

Ubicado en Jepara, a 2,1 km de Playa de Bandengan, Garden House Jepara tiene alojamiento con wifi gratis, aire acondicionado y acceso a un jardín con una pileta al aire libre. Misnawati & Petteri are great hosts. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommended if you are in Jepara or looking to transfer to karimun islands.

Bhumi Kasuryan Borobudur está ubicado en Borobudur, a 19 minutos a pie de Templo Borobudur, y ofrece alojamiento con un jardín, estacionamiento privado gratis, una terraza y un restaurante. I really loved the location — it feels like the countryside, close to the rice fields. I wish I could’ve stayed longer; it’s such a peaceful place with crickets singing at night and a very cozy atmosphere. The property is extremely clean, and the room was very spacious, beautifully decorated with wooden furniture, and had a small terrace. The cottages are surrounded by greenery, and there’s also a restaurant on-site. The staff were absolutely lovely, and it was easy to order a Grab from here. You can even see the temple from a distance — such a charming place!
