We had a truly unforgettable romantic getaway at this jungle retreat! The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and blended seamlessly with nature, offering a cozy and intimate atmosphere with all the amenities we needed. The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking, surrounded by lush greenery and the sounds of the jungle—perfect for enjoying quiet moments together. Breakfast was a highlight, featuring a wonderful variety of fresh, local options amidst the tranquil jungle setting. Overall, it was an amazing experience and the perfect escape for a romantic retreat.

You know how people only ever write a review when an experience was either truly bad or exceptionally good. Well, this review will be an exceptionally good one. It was our first time in Raja Ampat, let alone Indonesia. Eddo Homestay was our first accommodation and we had low expectations from what we generally read about accommodations in Raja Ampat and because it was a newly built place with few reviews. However, our expectations were exceeded. The first thing I wanna highlight is the hospitality, kindness and service of all the staff there. I especially want to mention Acho, the guy who manages the Homestay and took care of anything we needed. The first two days we were the only two guests at the Homestay and had the best experiences. Acho personally went snorkeling with us at Yenbuba Jetty, took us to a Sandbank, to Sauwandarek Village and Arborek. He was pretty much our personal guide and we enjoyed every single minute of it. He went above and beyond to fulfill all our "wishes" / requests, no matter what it was about (excursions, food, more data for our sim card, etc.). He would also always sit with us for every meal, talk to us, share about life in Indonesia. It was like hanging out with your older brother. They also tried their best to offer a variety of different foods each day. For breakfast we had toast, fried eggs, pancakes, Nutella, jam, cheese and one day (upon our request) even Avocado. For lunch and dinner it's mostly rice but always with either fish, meat, vegetables, salad, etc. And always delicious. Our highlight were the chocolate chip cornflakes with cold fresh milk though. The cabins were very spacious with a double bed and mosquito net, a couch, a little closet area with hangers and a fan. The bathroom was huuuge and beautifully designed. Each cabin has a terrace with two lounge chairs where we mostly hung out. We had everything we needed. The entire place was very clean, the cabins, the restaurant, everything.

Rima Homestay está en Kri. Este alojamiento se encuentra frente a la playa y dispone de zona de playa privada, terraza y restaurante. Hay toallas y ropa de cama en la habitación en casa particular. Seahorse Homestay está en Pulau Mansuar, en la región de Oeste de Papúa, y tiene terraza y vistas al mar. Hay toallas y ropa de cama en la habitación en casa particular. Los bungalows son muy cómodos, con la mejor cama que hemos tenido en Raja Ampat. Todo el recinto está muy cuidado y bonito, los baños marcan la diferencia con el resto de homestay, 3 duchas y 2 baños, que tienen incluso cisterna! Hay electricidad de 6 PM a 6 am, que es mucho para Raja. La habitación también tiene un ventilador, lo que está muy bien si eres caluroso, aunque normalmente por las noches con la brisa marina se duerme genial. La comida variada y deliciosa, a diferencia de otros homestay en los que es muy repetitiva. Y lo mejor de todo es Ading, cuida de todo con detalle, habla muy bien inglés, y lo hace todo muy fácil, puede organizar los traslados y todo lo que necesites. El mejor anfitrión! Totalmente recomendable, volveremos seguro!!!

Paparisa Homestay, en Kri, ofrece alojamiento solo para adultos con jardín, zona de playa privada y terraza. Hay vistas al mar. Ubicación impresionante. La cama era comodísima. Pero sobre todo lo que más nos gustó fue el trato de Debi y todo el personal de Paparisa. Pendientes en todo momento y SÚPER amables.

Korbekwan Homestay se encuentra en Besir y ofrece terraza y restaurante. El alojamiento ofrece vistas al mar. La habitación en casa particular también tiene 1 baño. It was just absolutely amazing stating there, cause the reef just simply started over our water Bungalows! No need to book any excursions, beside Fam island, cause you had turtles, reef sharks, even mantas so very close! So loved to stay with that family! The son went out spearfishing for a nice meal ... would love to come back, no better place to snorkeling like 6 hours a day 🤩😊😘. Thanks a lot 😘😘😘
