In a nice part of Tel Aviv, clean and quiet thanks to the house rules and staff. The host does things "by the book" and required that I send him a picture of my tourist visa for tax purposes (or else pay the tax). He was patient with me as I tried and failed to text it to him; was eventually successful in sending it via e-mail. When I made my second booking here, extending my stay, he graciously upgraded my room to a larger one at no charge. There are places to eat nearby.

I had the pleasure of staying at this guest house in Tel Aviv with a friend of mine for three wonderful days, and I could not be happier with our choice. This accommodation proved to be a real gem in terms of value for money, and the owner of the house was without a doubt the highlight of the entire experience. But what really made this guest house special was the owner. He was incredibly friendly, hospitable, and always ready to help us with anything we needed. He gave us invaluable advice on what to see and do in Tel Aviv, gave us accurate directions to local attractions, and recommended delicious restaurants nearby. He was always helpful and interested in making our stay as pleasant as possible.

If you want the local experience of staying in the old city of Jaffa on the second floor of an eccentric and very charming 300 year-old home (with hosts living downstairs), this is the full package. You’re a 10 minute walk to the beach and in the heart of the old city of Jaffa. Blue front door and everything and tourists stop by to take photos (it’s that authentically cute). There’s filtered water on the first floor and the hosts (who live on the first floor) were very welcoming, considerate, and respectful of our privacy. We would stay here 10000% to get that authentic Jaffa experience.

Providenciando acesso Wi-Fi gratuito, Rothschild Tel-Aviv Studio situa-se em Tel Aviv, a 5 minutos a pé de Rua Shenkin e 1,4 km de Teatro Cameri. Rothschild-Tel Aviv studio is an ABSOLUTE GEM. Joseph the owner is right nearby for any question big or small, so kind and accommodating. The studio is beautifully appointed with kitchenette, lovely balcony. Mine looked out onto foliage and quiet street. It’s amazing how quiet and peaceful the apartment is given its proximity to Rothschild (a stone’s throw). Groceries, cafes, restaurants all nearby. Walkable to Neve Tzedek, Nahalat Binyamin, Beach, Carmel market. (And for you Americans out there… I’ve never had such amazing hot water pressure anywhere in Israel ;)). You simply cannot go wrong at Rothschild Studios. Thank you for a beautiful stay. ❤️

Moreover the kitchen offers you always coffe, cold water, fruit and many other food to share!

In public space you can keep your food and cook your own meals, that's convenient. On the roof there's a lounge space to relax or exercise. The owner is welcoming and accommodating.
