Very large, clean and comfortable room. Comfortable, big bed. Large bathroom and good shower with plenty of hot water. Very good air conditioning as well as multiple ceiling fans. Complementary fruit basket for room. Complementary refreshments on arrival. Location was great. Very short walk in lively lane, to beach, restaurants and shopping. Breakfast was top level. They even offered to provide early breakfast before we left for airport. Do not hesitate to stay here. You will be very happy.

Lovely spacious room with a large functional bathroom. Nice neighbourhood with a scenic walk into the city centre. Hosts were very nice and accommodating. Highly recommend

Great location, a warm and welcoming host, and an incredibly smooth check-in process. Our host went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and memorable stay. She not only shared valuable recommendations on places to visit but also took the time to chat with us whenever we met, making us feel truly at home. She was genuinely interested in getting to know us and also told us lot of things about Goa, which made our stay even more special. Her hospitality made it feel like a home away from home. Highly highly recommended!☺️☺️

The property is beautiful and as mentioned in the picture. The location is quiet and quaint and the staff are cooperative and very helpful.The rooms are spacious and have a beautiful common area for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It's a 5 star stay at a 3 stat rate for sure.

Walkable to the beach. The property owner Mr. Glen is very helpful and genuinely guides you with everything you need in Goa. Mainly I had the room from 16-18 but due to my kids school I had to change the dates 2days ahead and I was worried about last minute changes that if I could get the property to stay. Booking.com it said sold out but later I called the owner Mr Glen and told the issue and he was so kind to understand the issue and help me move my dates without any extra charges and this is only with him I think. Usually as we check in to any hotel they ask for the payment first but here till I myself opened up and asked he didn’t even ask for payment. This is very very rare. The best part of the room and washroom was the cleanliness. This was really impressive. The next thing we really liked was that it had multiple electrical sockets. Amazing. The hot water was great too, plenty and always available. Paul the Guest house owner personally welcomed us. Even though we arrived very late he accomodated us. Appreciate it
