Great location, a warm and welcoming host, and an incredibly smooth check-in process. Our host went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and memorable stay. She not only shared valuable recommendations on places to visit but also took the time to chat with us whenever we met, making us feel truly at home. She was genuinely interested in getting to know us and also told us lot of things about Goa, which made our stay even more special. Her hospitality made it feel like a home away from home. Highly highly recommended!☺️☺️

This property and Mr Edward is a gem that we found in goa. He offered us his best room actually he showed us all rooms that were available and made us choose the room we wanted and ofcourse we choose the best. The room had everything that is listed in the description. The room was clean, it had glasses, plates, electric kettle, fans, AC, chairs, table, balcony, extra mattresses, towels, waterbottle, refrigerator. We took our own car but parking was not an issue. Mr. Edward helps in every way possible. The only con was that all charging points were not working otherwise the property was flawless.

The location was close to old town. I couldn't have chosen a better room or a better location. The staff was very courteous and helpful. They gave me a dining recommendation that was perfect for what I was looking for.

The service provided was excellent. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and extremely helpful throughout our stay. The ambience at Marbella feels like a warm, inviting home, which is a pleasure to return to after a long day out and about. Kudos to Susan, Sajjan, and all the staff at Marbella for making it a dream stay.

The room was very spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. Our host was very helpful and friendly. Games were provided too. The location was walking distance to the beach, as well as local cafes, and the restaurant below.

Walkable to the beach. The property owner Mr. Glen is very helpful and genuinely guides you with everything you need in Goa. Mainly I had the room from 16-18 but due to my kids school I had to change the dates 2days ahead and I was worried about last minute changes that if I could get the property to stay. Booking.com it said sold out but later I called the owner Mr Glen and told the issue and he was so kind to understand the issue and help me move my dates without any extra charges and this is only with him I think. Usually as we check in to any hotel they ask for the payment first but here till I myself opened up and asked he didn’t even ask for payment. This is very very rare. House Of Brothers nằm ở Arambol, cách Bãi biển Arambol 3 phút đi bộ và Pháo đài Tiracol 15 km. Chỗ nghỉ cách Pháo đài Chapora khoảng 20 km, Ga Thivim 28 km và Nhà thờ Basilica Of Bom Jesus 42 km. Great location in the middle of Arambol.
