I found this place because of its great reviews, and I can now confirm it is absolutely worth the money! The owners were very kind and always there to help or answer questions. The Indian breakfast was superb, different every day, and full of flavours. It is in a very convenient location close to everything—shops, restaurants, the beach, and nightlife.

She not only shared valuable recommendations on places to visit but also took the time to chat with us whenever we met, making us feel truly at home. She was genuinely interested in getting to know us and also told us lot of things about Goa, which made our stay even more special. Her hospitality made it feel like a home away from home. Walkable to the beach. The property owner Mr. Glen is very helpful and genuinely guides you with everything you need in Goa. Mainly I had the room from 16-18 but due to my kids school I had to change the dates 2days ahead and I was worried about last minute changes that if I could get the property to stay. Booking.com it said sold out but later I called the owner Mr Glen and told the issue and he was so kind to understand the issue and help me move my dates without any extra charges and this is only with him I think. Usually as we check in to any hotel they ask for the payment first but here till I myself opened up and asked he didn’t even ask for payment. This is very very rare.
