The host was professional and responsive, and the check-in process was smooth. The building is safe and well-maintained, and the apartment had all necessary amenities including a kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and a washing machine. Great value for money in a prime location. Highly recommended for both work trips and leisure stays!

WHen I came it looks I was a bit unexpected, but it is a friendly neighborhood and suddenly all people start to help and in just ten minutes everything was arranged and I was in the room. There where two rooms at the second floor and I could choose. One is on the street site and the backside was a room with view on the hills. It is a lovely city with an important temple (on a hill with great view) and also the holy city Morgaon is closeby. At the end of my stay I had a problem with cash, and the owner and his family where very kind and took a lot of time to help me out.

We had a wonderful one day stay at Alibaug (Adviks Home Stay). Mhatre family was very kind and welcoming. Manish was extremely helpful and guided us well for our visits to Alibaug and Varsoli Beach. The home was comfortable with a peaceful terrace view, and the breakfast was delicious just like homemade food.
