Lovely large clean room with spotless modern bathroom. Great sea view from the rooms large double window. Excellent AC and fan kept the room cool. The balcony was fantastic. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and huge quantities each day, served on the balcony. A different breakfast each day (dosa, apam,idli, hoppers, fruit, fresh juice, tea/coffee). Late afternoon tea and battered snacks provided each day. A useful shop downstairs. Over the road, then over a few rocks, it is possible to swim just 50m from the room - fantastic! The main beach is about a km up the road but I was happy with nipping over the wall. Very friendly and kind people running the place. Laxmi speaks excellent English.

Very nice, hospitable and welcoming hosts. The rooms are spotlessly clean, comfortable, airy and cool. The Keralan breakfasts were delicious. Lovely location across from the sea and 10 minutes walk to Kataddi beach. I booked for two nights and stayed for five and really enjoyed my time there. Highly recommended.

It's an experience that one will go through. Nice and warm welcoming host who takes care of you like a family. Very close to Cherai Beach and hence very advantageous. The hospitality was out of this world. This property is run by Sudheesh and his family. They make you feel at home. Although this is a business for them, it is clear that hospitality is a passion for them and they don't use the property as a pure money making machine like other places we have stayed at. They put their heart and soul into this property and making you feel welcome and they want to help you because they are kind people with good hearts. Staying here with my partner was lovely. It felt like having a piece of home in Kerala. The bed was so comfortable and the homemade breakfast was varied and delicious. Each breakfast was different and gave you an insight into South Indian food. Everything is fresh and some things are grown in their garden. The location is a short walk to the beach and there are many restaurants and bars nearby. Thank you to Sudheesh and his family for a lovely stay.

Stay was excellent and budget friendly. Spacious room, equipped kitchen, dining area and a balcony. Kitchen was having gas stove and essential kitchen vessels. We purchased some groceries and cooked ourselves. Good room, clean bathroom with hot water, friendly staffs. Walking distance to Beach. Make sure to have a night walk and dinner at the beach side hotels.
