I had an amazing four-night stay at Malaga Homestay, and it truly felt like home. The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming, making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Their hospitality was outstanding—they even arranged food for us on a Wayanad close day, which was a thoughtful gesture. The property itself is absolutely stunning, with a unique and peaceful vibe. It’s a beautifully maintained 3BHK villa, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The atmosphere was serene, and every corner of the place exuded warmth and positivity. I highly recommend Malhar Homestay to anyone looking for a cozy, comfortable, and memorable stay in Wayanad. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Roney brought me speciality indian teas regularly and advised me on the best sights to see (of which the Edakkal caves ...6000 b C cave carvings only 8,ks away) was an absolute must. The upstairs guest level is the highest level of luxury decor I've come across in India. Marble floors, beautiful bathroom/toilet, aircon, and a lovely large balcony with hanging cane chair to enjoy the jungle view. I couldn't rate this homestay too highly

Hot water and good wifi. The owners were lovely and accomodating, preparing a yummy breakfast for us even when we had to leave early. Highly recommend staying here.

Tibin was a great host. He made sure we were comfortable and booked taxis and tuk tuks for us. He took us on a really informative coffee plantation tour, including seeing it harvested. The room was big, clean, comfortable, and a great balcony overlooking the plantation. The location is a little way from town, but a few minutes in a tuk tuk. We hired a scooter to get about. We were also looked after by Mr Purushothaman, who cooked some incredible Kerela food, and Mr Puttannan, who made sure we'd got everything we needed. He also showed us things in the plantation and was very proud of it. This was one of the best homestay's we've stayed in, and will hopefully return one day!

The location was exactly what we were looking for..quiet and peaceful. The hosts are warm and welcoming, making you feel at home instantly. There are places of interest nearby which one can visit.
