The owners have put a lot of thought and effort into making the place look and feel homely and comfortable. There's a cute little pool with sun beds and olive trees, which gave us a nice vacation feel. Everything in the property was neat and clean and it was family friendly. The hosts were kind, friendly and helpful.. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of fruits, bread, ham, baked pastries and great coffee. The lake is less than 15 minutes walk downhill from the property. There is one small restaurant with great food, a few meters away from the property. The town Portese is small, calm and beautiful with fewer tourists and it has a small harbor with ferry connections to Garda, Salo and Sirmione.

From start to finish, this was a wonderful stay. The rooms were fresh and beautifully outfitted. The bed was really comfortable, the rooms spotless clean, and the views from the balcony were stunning. The location was perfect: restaurants and the lake just a few steps away. We felt that this was a perfect refuge in the beautiful and lively town of Bardolino!

The place is very quiet and peaceful, away from the noise of the city. The room was very comfortable, clean, and spacious, with excellent air conditioning. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances, and the owner also provides sweet snacks for breakfast. Cappuccini Beach in Peschiera del Garda is a 20-minute drive away. There are well-stocked shops in the nearby town. The owners are very kind, courteous, and helpful. I highly recommend Corte del Sol to everyone 😀.

Brilliant air conditioning. Georgio was extremely helpful and friendly. The shared kitchen area was great to make a cuppa with a shared fridge with a constant supply of free bottled water- such a welcoming and nice touch. The beach is only twenty minutes walk with plenty of eateries. A good base to explore the lake but obviously transport is needed. We traveled on a motorbike- Georgio kindly let us park within the garden
