It was perfectly clean, you can find everything you need! Possibly the cleanest and nicest place I have ever stayed in Italy! Location was also one of the major pluses- maybe less than 5 min walk time from the train station, IN THE city center, with lots of restaurants, bars, laundry around. The host is a super nice person, who helped us a lot, she is very responsive to any kind of requests. Wouldn't be more pleased!

Everything was perfect, the room was clean, the bed was so comfortable, the room had everything we needed. Great communication with Laura. She was really reactive and so kind. The location was great, you walk 4 or 5mn to the train station. We absolutely recommend staying here!!! And will definitely come back if we come back to La Spezia.
