Real Rooms is situated in La Spezia, a 5-minute walk from La Spezia Centrale Train Station and 1.2 km from the ferry port, both offering links to the UNESCO Cinque Terre National Park. Room was very clean, host was really helpful and friendly provided us with reccomendations in the area. Close to the train station but quiet. Would reccomend!

La Corte dei Desideri tọa lạc ở La Spezia, cách Trung tâm Hội nghị Carrara 30 km và Mare Monti Shopping centre 35 km. Đây là chỗ nghỉ không hút thuốc và nằm cách Castello San Giorgio 16 phút đi bộ. As in all the other reviews special mention to the really helpful and kind Stefania who gave us really good tips and advices about things to do and places where to eat around and made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was just perfect and super clean really close to the train station for easy access to the cinque terre and the city's main streets.

The apartment was very comfortable and super clean. It’s very close to the station, but you can reach the city center in just a few minutes with bars and restaurants. The trains are a bit loud, but that’s the price of being so close to the station—and they provide earplugs for sleeping. I would definitely recommend staying here!
