Very close to Milano Central Station (Airport, Inter City and Regional trains & Airport buses), walking distance to the very cool Isola neighbourhood, the arrival instructions were amazingly clear and the room was perfect with great air conditioning, mini fridge and a balcony that had a very private view. We locked ourselves out of our room by accident. The back up plan to help us get in was commendable and well thought out. That was impressive.

Excellent and clean property. The staff were excellent and so friendly and helpful with recommendations in the area! We will definitely stay here again if we visit Milan!
