This is by far the best hotel experience ever. The location is right on the Duomo, the rooms are super in terms of size and modern furniture, the hotel team is amazing. The hotel manager Abdallah was beyond helpful. He upgraded our room upon arrival and was always there to help us with anything we needed. He even took our bags straight to the taxi when departing. This manager is super professional and didnt meet such a professional manager like him before.

Check-in was seamless thanks to the clear and helpful video sent in advance, which made finding the place and accessing our room simple. Highly recommend for a comfortable and convenient city stay. Set in the centre of Lecco, Villa del Cigno has a peaceful location even thought it is just 800 metres from the main square. Everything, the host Vivien, was amazing 👏 the house was clean, the room was huge.
