They went above and beyond by picking us up from the station when we arrived and even taking us back on our last day, helping with our luggage and giving us a lovely send-off. It made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. Such kindness and care are rare to find – highly recommend staying here!

Bathroom facilities are shared but very clean and no difficulty with access. Lounge space was nice to hang out in. Staff were excellent- they helped us book a dinner reservation ahead of time which was greatly appreciated. About a 6-7 minute walk away from the main tourist area of Magome.

Andy and his team were incredibly welcoming and super helpful. Everyone was friendly and spoke English. One of the Hakuba ski resorts is in walking distance and the food at dark horse was outstanding. The hotel is super clean, beds are incredibly comfortable, it’s nice and and warm everywhere, and dogs are welcome. We’ll be coming back for sure.
