Very clean, there is a refrigerator, personal towels, hot and cold drinking water, hygiene items, tea and coffee available. The architecture of the house is traditionally Japanese. Bed-mattresses on the floor, very comfortable and convenient. The best wood bath in my life.

We fed the couple of swans and a few ducks that were out on the waterfront, the view is out of this world. We drove and the parking was easy to negotiate the location position it is not noisy and you can hear the water birds and other birds chirping. As the name says (ZEN) it truely is. Also the convenience store is only about 8 minutes walk away. Coming back from the store we visited a shrine that was having its annual summer festivities, kids were doing a Sumo fight next to the temple, the staff at the temple were inviting, also the men of the town were carrying a traditional Japanese float around the town then back to temple, up the stairs under Tori gate and to the front of the temple, ( the float is very heavy so is fun to see the guys struggling, but they get it up there. Its a once in a lifetime chance to see traditional Japanese culture.

Great and quiet location to get to know the area of Mount Fuji. The rooms were comfortable and there is an amazing traditional bath that you can use privately in turns. The hosts also accommodated vegan dinners upon request. The breakfast was exceptional!

The host and his wife were extremely kind and polite people. I really liked the experience in a traditional japanese house.

The host was super kind and helpful. He picked us up from the station and we got surprised by a room with a picture perfect view on Mt. Fuji and a cup of tea. Beautiful! On the day of check-out he gave us a ride back to the station. Minutes later I found out I left my AirPods in the room... But the host immediately drove back as quick as he could to bring them back to me, just in time to get my bus! 10 star service!

We felt very welcome, the place was clean and warm, and we even had the luxury of a direct view of Mount Fuji. The owner was very welcoming and took the time to show us around. The location is ideal, easy to get to by bus from Kawaguchiko station. What's more, there are bicycles available, so we could easily explore the surrounding area. I can't recommend it enough!

Featuring a shared lounge, Hana Hostel Fujisan is set in Yoshida. The accommodation offers a shared kitchen, and buying tickets for guests. This hostel was honestly one of the best parts of our trip! Not only is it super cute and stylish, but it’s also incredibly well-equipped with everything you could possibly need – from comfy beds and clean showers to thoughtful little touches everywhere. The staff were amazing – so warm and welcoming! They gave us tons of great local tips that made our stay even more special, and they even surprised us with some adorable little gifts that totally made our day. You can really tell they care about their guests. Whether you're a solo traveler or with friends, this place feels like a home away from home. Highly recommend if you're looking for a cozy, friendly spot with lots of charm!

The place was super nice and clean. You can even see Mt. Fuji from there! The host was really helpful. She picked us up from the bus station for free, and after our stay, they brought us back to the bus station too. We loved everything!
