We were only about 15 minutes from the train station, and there were signs that made sure we don't miss the path to get to the guest house, as it's not right on the road.

We stayed in the Tatami room and it was so spacious and the futon were very comfortable. The walls are are traditional walls / doors so sound does travel however it didn’t bother us in the slightest. The shared bathrooms were well appointed and very clean! The space was so relaxing and peaceful - the staff were so very helpful and accomodating ! They helped us to find our way to a golf course when there were no taxis available. We had breakfast each day which was great value for money and dinner one evening which was delicious! The location was great for us (close to golf course) and in a small village which was very peaceful, but it was a little out of the way. We had such a lovely stay and would consider returning if / when we are back in Japan !

We loved the attention to detail, especially the vintage record player with Japanese vinyls and how well stocked the kitchen was (oil, spices, rice, coffee etc. - the best we had in Japan!). Staff was very accommodating. Very spacious, perfect for our group. We had to change the group size due to a mistake of our own and it was very easy to resolve, thank you for that. We had a great time!
