Eugene the owner was wonderful, he arranged a great half day tuk tuk trip to see the local area (hidden cave was terrific) and our connecting transport to Ha Tien. A genuinely lovely bloke. The room was light and spacious , good aircon and 15 min walk to the riverfront where there are lots of bars and restaurants.

The room is cleaned daily and to be honest it seems like they changed bed sheet daily too. INCREDIBLE CLEAN - great breakfast : eggs different ways or pancakes - coffee, teas or smoothie all serviced with daily fresh fruits. Once again well presented and clean - great help: assisting with bookings, scooter rental for only $7 a day directly from the Guesthouse. Laundry $1 per kilo, ready on your door the next day - great location: close to the main area but is a quite spot - amazing team looking after, run by a family. Very lovely and helpful Negative: Nothing to do with the Guesthouse itself. The bloody trumpet at 5am from the nearest military base it is incredible annoying. It goes on for 30 min. I feel bad as this can bother many guests and turn them away. But the place it is so lovely and deserves to be booked every day for the amazing effort they put. Thanks for having us 😀

Really nice big and comfy bungalows in a nice garden with lot of trees and flowers. It's located a bit out of town but easy to get around with a motorbike (they rent some). Owners are really nice, friendly, helpful and accommodating

He treats all of his guests like family. Mr. Leng sunset tour was so much fun and we also got to see him sing for only $2. Mr. Leng also took us to a local restaurant to give us the most authentic experience most of all. We greatly appreciate Mr. Leng to make our stay special and we cannot wait to be back!

Probably the best place we stayed at in Asia so far. The owner is friendly and can even speak French. The room was very clean and everything was working properly. The location is quiet and 5 min away from supermarket and city center.

The room is very nice, fully furnished, clean, and comfortable. I stayed there for two days. The experience was great, and the host was very friendly. The location is excellent — it's within walking distance to Hippocampus statue and the river side Park.

This villa is sensational and having originally booked for 4 nights we kept extending as we were so comfortable and there was so much to discover in Kampot area. We would have stayed longer if we’d had more time available. Our host Meg was wonderful; readily available as she lives next door. Although there’s a great folder of info she was super helpful with other suggestions and great to chat to. We used tuk tuks for local transport and for day trips. Absolutely recommend 100%!
