The owner us the nicest guy, he really wants you to feel like home. He is very caring, giving you tips and also putting fruits or other little things on your table while you are waiting. The food is also very good and the common room is very cozy. He helps to reduce plastic and so he lets you refill your water bottle for free. It's a bit outside the touristic area but the tuktuks are quite easy and cheap to get so it's no problem. We also enjoyed being a bit outside of the main area. For 3$ you can use the close by gym with swimming pool. We enjoyed our stay a lot and also learned new things about combodia. Would definitely recommend the homestay to everybody!

It is like a hostel setup with nice common places to meet other travellers. The location is perfect in the middle of the city. Walking distance from restaurants, market and laundry services. I had a great time. Would come again. For such a fair price.

I was with my 5-year-old. They gave us the ground floor and he could just go outside the room and play at the billiards table. They even had a short cue stick for him. The shower was heated. The room was able to get very dark at night with curtains.

The staff and owner were really nice and welcoming. They had a bar downstairs that also had live performances every night at 8. It's at a great location, within walking distance to the grand Palace and near the river.

The property is a bit away from the noisy streets, which allows you to enjoy the quiet and cozy atmosphere by the outdoor pool.

Traffic in Phnom Penh can be nasty, so I will definitely recommend staying in this guesthouse if you want to reach the airport hassle free. It is run by a very friendly family who, despite the language barrier, were helpful and welcoming at all times. The room was very clean, nice and silent AC and on the first floor.
