Firefly Guesthouse is situated in Koh Rong Island. Among the facilities of this property are a restaurant, a 24-hour front desk and full-day security, along with free WiFi throughout the property. The guest house has family rooms. Everything. The view from the balcony when I arrived with the tide out was incredible. For someone who doesn't really care about the view from my accom here was on another level. Could sit there for ages just looking out at the water. The food from the ressie was so good, Walking around the village was amazing, even coming across an otter on the narrow road. The room was big and even tho there is no air cond or hot water it didnt make any difference. Tho it was cool at night and so hot during the day that hot water wasnt needed. Am sure will definitely come back.

Rooms include a patio with garden views. The location of the bungalow was great, in easy reach of restaurant and the piers. The best of our stay were the pavilions with available hammocks overlooking the sea and bay in front of the bungalows. Johny was a great help during our stay and welcomed us with a cold drink. He also organised a scooter and an amazing boat tour. A water tank is provided which is very much appreciated.

At the homestay, every unit has bed linen and towels. The owner was super friendly and helpful throughout the stay. I loved the location 200m up the road from the beach, close enough to be convenient to everywhere but far enough away to have a silent night's sleep. The restaurant directly across the road is probably the best in Mpay Bay too.
